Tanker Truck Crashes in Pennsylvania
Rollover accidents involving tanker trucks often include factors such as improper speed on curves, mechanical failure, shifting cargo, or driver fatigue. Because these vehicles carry significant weight, crashes frequently cause severe injuries and lengthy road closures.
Under Pennsylvania law, victims injured in commercial truck accidents may pursue claims against the trucking company, vehicle owner, or driver. This often requires reviewing maintenance logs, driver hours, event recorder data, and company safety practices. Speaking with an experienced Pennsylvania commercial vehicle accident attorney can help protect your rights and ensure the proper parties are held accountable.
