According to Northampton County Communications, the crash occurred shortly after 3:00 p.m. on 26th October, 2025, in the eastbound lanes of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge. Emergency personnel responded quickly to assist those involved and transported one person to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.

Both eastbound lanes were shut down for nearly two hours between the 13th Street exit in Easton and Phillipsburg, resulting in significant traffic delays. The roadway has since been reopened to normal traffic flow.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation, and officials have not yet released details regarding the vehicles or individuals involved.
