Off-Road Vehicle Accidents in Pennsylvania

Accidents involving dune buggies and off-road vehicles (ORVs) can lead to serious or fatal injuries due to limited protection and high rollover risk. Pennsylvania law requires operators to follow safety standards for recreational vehicles, including proper licensing, insurance, and helmet use where applicable.

Families of victims may have the right to pursue wrongful death claims or personal injury compensation if negligence, defective equipment, or unsafe conditions contributed to the crash. Consulting an experienced Pennsylvania personal injury attorney can help ensure accountability and fair recovery for medical costs, lost income, and emotional suffering.
