York County, PA (October 25, 2025) – A tragic crash occurred early Friday morning in Fairview Township when a pickup truck hit multiple telephone poles and rolled several times. The single-vehicle accident was reported at 1:07 a.m. on 24th October, 2025, on Valley Road, near the intersection of Diane Drive and Beinhower Road, according to emergency dispatchers.
Upon arrival, the York County Coroner’s Office confirmed that a male passenger, who had been ejected from the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene around 2:15 a.m. The circumstances of the passenger’s seatbelt use remain unclear, and investigators are working to determine the exact position of the passenger in the truck.

Your Rights After a Fatal Car Accident
Fatal accidents, especially those involving ejection from the vehicle, can result in complex legal issues. In Pennsylvania, automobile accidents that lead to serious injuries or fatalities can require thorough investigations to determine liability, especially if seatbelt laws were violated or if the driver was at fault for unsafe driving behavior. Families of accident victims may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit to recover damages for lost income, medical bills, and emotional suffering.
