Wilton, NY (November 3, 2025) – Michael Bushey, a 69-year-old man from Saratoga Springs, has died from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run incident that occurred outside the Wilton Walmart on October 16, according to the New York State Police.
Authorities said Bushey succumbed to his injuries on Monday, November 3, at Albany Medical Center. He was one of two Walmart employees who were intentionally struck by a vehicle allegedly driven by 34-year-old Timothy Besaw of Gansevoort.
Besaw was previously arrested and remains in the Saratoga County Correctional Facility as the investigation continues.
