The Client was struck by a truck while lawfully crossing the street in a designated crosswalk outside the SUNY Cobleskill campus.
10/16/24, the client was crossing in the crosswalk with her boyfriend when she was struck by a truck. She suffered extensive injuries, including brain bleed, TBI, hearing loss, labral tear, and balance disorder. Client spent several days in the ICU, 2.5 weeks in the hospital, and time in a rehab facility where she needed PT, OT, and speech therapy.
