The client was walking down the sidewalk when he was struck from behind by a drunk driver who came up on the sidewalk.
Client was a husband, father, and grandfather. On Aug 8, 2023, our client was out with his family having dinner for his birthday. They were leaving the restaurant and walking back to their vehicles when he was hit and then run over by a drink driver. Our client suffered several brain bleeds, organ failure, and extensive injuries. Client was never able to return to work or return home after the accident.
Client was in either the hospital or rehab until he passed in 2026. We repped for PI and SSD. After several depositions and mediation, we settled the case for 905K.
