Buffalo, NY (November 9, 2025) – A 35-year-old Buffalo man is facing multiple charges following a drunk driving crash early Sunday morning on Niagara Street.
According to Buffalo Police, the crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. on 9th Nov, 2025, when the driver reportedly lost control of his vehicle and drove off Unity Island Drive, landing onto Niagara Street below.
Police said the man was found to be driving with a suspended license. He has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
No injuries were reported, and authorities confirmed that the incident remains under investigation.
