Understanding Single-Vehicle Crashes in New York
Single-vehicle collisions often involve complex factors such as speed, road conditions, mechanical failure, or operator error. Passengers injured in these crashes may have the right to pursue compensation through the driver’s insurance policy, including coverage for medical costs, lost wages, and long-term care. When a fatality occurs, surviving family members may be eligible to file a wrongful death claim depending on the circumstances uncovered during the investigation.
