Fatal Single-Vehicle Crashes in Pennsylvania
Rollover crashes can result from a range of factors, including mechanical failure, roadway hazards, excessive speed, or loss of control. In fatal incidents, families often face immediate financial and emotional burdens. Pennsylvania law allows surviving family members to pursue wrongful death and survival claims when another party’s negligence, whether a driver, vehicle manufacturer, or municipality, may have contributed to the crash. Early evidence preservation is critical to determining liability.
