Motorcycle Accidents and Victims’ Rights in Pennsylvania
Motorcycle crashes can result in severe injuries due to the lack of protection riders have compared to other motorists. Under Pennsylvania law, injured riders may seek compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering when another party’s negligence is involved.
A skilled PA motorcycle accident attorney can help investigate the cause of the crash, work with insurance companies, and ensure that victims receive fair compensation for their losses.
