Multi-Vehicle Highway Collisions

Crashes on interstates and turnpikes often involve multiple vehicles, making fault determination complex. In Pennsylvania, each driver’s liability is assessed individually, and factors such as speed, following distance, sudden stops, and weather conditions can all influence the outcome. A thorough investigation, including traffic camera footage, witness statements, and vehicle data, is essential to protect the rights of those injured.
