- Rob’s greatest devotion is to construction accidents. He has a passion for helping injured construction workers and has had immense success in winning MAXIMUM Awards in his labor law cases. Intensely focused, Rob has extensive experience in Appellate practice and has argued countless appeals in the New York Appellate Departments. He also litigates cases involving automobile accidents, product liability, premises cases, and dog attacks.

Heโs licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and the Federal Courts. Heโs a New York State Bar Association member and the Onondaga County Bar Association. Rob resides in Syracuse, New York, with his wife, Kristy.
